These Terms & Conditions govern every gm777 account, every game, every deposit, and every withdrawal made through gm777.lat. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

The specific requirement is stated on each promotion page. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements results in the bonus amount being deducted.
gm777 prohibits cheating, collusion, use of software bots or exploits, money laundering, and any form of fraudulent play. Violation of these prohibitions results in immediate account termination, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances. gm777 reserves the right to report violations to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.
gm777 is licensed to operate exclusively for Philippine residents under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own legal risk. gm777 cannot ensure legal protection for players outside the Philippines.
gm777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Major changes will be communicated via the email or mobile number registered to your gm777 account at least 14 days before taking effect.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gm777 ("gm777," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at gm777.lat ("Platform"). By registering a gm777 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to real-money gaming services on the gm777 Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. 2.2 Residency. The gm777 Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended exclusively for use by individuals physically located in the Republic of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. gm777 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Rule. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) gm777 account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited, regardless of the device or payment method used. If gm777 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances, and cancel all active bonuses, without prior notice and without liability to the Player.
2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your gm777 account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gm777 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify gm777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. gm777 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
3.1 Mandatory Verification. Before gm777 processes your first withdrawal request, you are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process involves submitting a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identity document (acceptable documents include a PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID card, passport, driver's license, or Voter's ID) alongside a selfie photograph holding the same document.
3.2 Processing Time. Standard KYC verification is completed within two (2) business hours during normal weekday hours. 3.3 Right to Request Further Documentation. gm777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request additional documentation at any time for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law. This may include proof of address, source of funds declarations, or enhanced due diligence documents.
3.4 Consequences of Failed Verification. If a Player is unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification, gm777 may restrict or close the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending further investigation, and report the matter to PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
4.1 Accepted Methods. gm777 currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash payments. The availability of specific methods may change and current options are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount on the gm777 Platform is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100). There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though gm777 may impose individual account limits based on KYC status or responsible gaming settings.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your gm777 Balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited within one (1) to four (4) banking hours. InstaPay-processed transfers are credited in real time. 7-Eleven cash payments are credited within sixty (60) minutes of transaction confirmation.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the gm777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). Foreign currency deposits are not accepted. gm777 assumes no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations affecting deposits made from foreign-issued payment instruments.
4.5 Failed Transactions. gm777 is not responsible for transaction failures caused by issues with your payment provider, insufficient account balance, network disruptions, or your financial institution's security policies. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact gm777 support with your transaction reference number.
5.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals are only available to Players who have successfully completed gm777's KYC verification process. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Only the Real Money Balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) is available for withdrawal.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱100. The maximum single GCash or PayMaya withdrawal is ₱500,000 per transaction. Higher amounts may be processed via bank transfer upon advance arrangement with gm777 support.
5.3 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Bank transfers are processed within two (2) to four (4) banking hours during standard Philippine banking days. gm777 does not charge withdrawal fees.
5.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the specific method's availability for withdrawals. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, gm777 support will advise on the applicable alternative method following KYC verification.
5.5 Right to Withhold. gm777 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, suspected violation of these Terms, or compliance with applicable Philippine AML obligations. gm777 will notify the Player of any such withholding and the reason thereof where legally permissible.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers made available through the gm777 Platform are subject to individual promotion terms published on the relevant promotion page or communicated via account notification. General eligibility requires an active, verified gm777 account in good standing. Bonuses are not available to Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds credited to a gm777 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Standard promotional wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount.
6.3 Wagering Contribution. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%). Sports bets may contribute at a rate determined by odds and bet type. 6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise specified, promotional bonuses expire fourteen (14) calendar days after issuance. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are removed from the account balance without prior notice.
6.5 Abuse of Bonuses. gm777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account of any Player who is found to be abusing the bonus system, exploiting mathematical loopholes, coordinating with other Players for guaranteed profit, or otherwise engaging in conduct inconsistent with legitimate bonus play.
6.6 Promotional Changes. gm777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via the Platform where practicable.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the gm777 Platform is governed by its own set of rules provided by the respective Game Provider. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a Player to a refund or reversal of a completed wager.
7.2 RNG Certification. All non-live casino games and slot titles available on the gm777 Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. gm777's RNG systems have been independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories to ensure that all game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and free from manipulation by any party, including gm777.
7.3 Live Games. Live dealer games are provided through licensed third-party live game studios. These games are subject to the game studio's own published rules and procedures, which are accessible within each live game interface. gm777 is not responsible for technical interruptions in live game streams caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including network issues on the player's side.
7.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, server error, or technical failure that results in a game round being incomplete, gm777 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. gm777's decision regarding the handling of technical malfunctions is final, subject to the right to escalate disputes as provided in Section 13.
7.5 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant sports governing body. Where a result is disputed or under official review, gm777 reserves the right to delay settlement until the matter is resolved. Void bets (due to event cancellation, abandonment, or other qualifying conditions) are returned to the Player's Balance at the staked amount.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gm777 Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
9.1 Commitment. gm777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We recognize that while the vast majority of gm777 users play responsibly for entertainment, gambling can cause harm for a minority of individuals, and we take that responsibility seriously.

10.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your gm777 account at any time by contacting gm777 support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Active bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
10.2 Suspension by gm777. gm777 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
10.3 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant after twenty-four (24) consecutive months of no login activity. gm777 will notify you via your registered mobile number before treating your account as dormant. Dormant account balances are maintained for a further twelve (12) months, after which unclaimed balances may be processed in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.
11.1 Ownership. All content on the gm777 Platform, including but not limited to the gm777 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, game thumbnails, promotional materials, and software, is the intellectual property of gm777 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the Player.
11.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the gm777 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any gm777 Platform content.
11.3 Prohibited Use. You must not scrape, crawl, mirror, frame, or otherwise copy any part of the gm777 Platform. You must not use the gm777 brand, logo, or any other intellectual property for commercial purposes, in social media or advertising, or in any manner that implies an endorsement or affiliation not authorized by gm777.
12.1 Service Availability. gm777 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While gm777 takes reasonable measures to maintain Platform uptime and performance, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, gm777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunities, or other intangible losses, even if gm777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 Cap on Liability. gm777's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gm777 account in the sixty (60) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Force Majeure. gm777 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, network or telecommunications failures, typhoons or other extreme weather events in the Philippines, cyberattacks, or actions of third-party service providers.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the gm777 Platform, we encourage you to first contact gm777 customer support via live chat. gm777 will acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
13.3 Escalation to PAGCOR. If a dispute cannot be resolved through gm777's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the regulatory body responsible for gm777's gaming license. PAGCOR's published complaints procedures govern the escalation process.
13.4 Jurisdiction. For any dispute not resolved through informal or regulatory channels, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.1 Right to Amend. gm777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms is always accessible at gm777.lat/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent update is stated at the top of this document.
14.2 Notice of Material Changes. gm777 will provide at least fourteen (14) calendar days' advance notice of any material amendment to these Terms by sending a notification to your registered mobile number or email address. Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or minor formatting changes) may be made without advance notice.
14.3 Deemed Acceptance. Your continued use of the gm777 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact gm777 support to arrange closure of your account and return of any Real Money Balance.
